Take part in the greatest events

Once your final invoice has been issued (within 48 hours after placing the order), you can no longer modify or cancel your order. If you wish to add packages or options, you will need to place a new order, which will generate a new invoice.

No, currently one order per event is required.

You can pay by bank transfer. You will find our bank details on your invoice. Please make sure to indicate the event name and your company name in the payment reference. Without this information, your payment cannot be identified.

Your final invoice will be automatically generated 48 hours after your order. You will receive it by email and it will also be available for download in the "My Account" section on the platform. Please note that once the final invoice is issued, it cannot be modified. Ensure that all information on the invoice is correct. Our sales teams do not have access to customer information as everything is automated on the platform.

When placing your order: • If you already have your PO number, select "I have my purchase order number" and enter it in the designated field. You will then be able to finalize your order. You will first receive a proforma invoice, and your final invoice will follow 48 hours later. • If you do not yet have your PO number, select "I will provide my purchase order number later". Your order will be placed on hold until you enter the number. You will receive a proforma invoice to obtain the PO number. Once you have your PO number, go to the platform, under "Order History", click on the relevant order and enter the number in the appropriate field.

Once we have received your payment, you will receive an email from noreply@account.Timeto.com to access your team leader account on the timeto registration platform. You will also receive a welcome email from our team containing: • A Team leader’s Guide with all essential information about the race and how to manage your team's registrations. • A Team Leader’s Tutorial to help you access your Team Leader account on timeto and send invitation links to runners so they can register. • A Participant Tutorial for runners, outlining the registration steps and including the registration links. In your Team Leader account, you will find the number of registration links corresponding to your order. Simply enter each runner’s email address to send them an individual link, which will allow them to register personally and free of charge for the race.

Please note that each event has a deadline for using registration links and downloading the Health Prevention Course (PPS). This deadline is usually 10 days before the event. All your team’s runners must use the link on www.timeto.com and download their PPS before this deadline. After this date: • No registration or downloads will be possible. • If a runner withdraws after using their registration link, it cannot be transferred to another runner. • The registration will not be refunded. • Unused registration links are also non-refundable and cannot be carried over to another event

You must order a race package for yourself as well. Don’t forget to send yourself a registration link, just like you would for your team members.

You must order an visitor package for yourself if you plan to attend on race day. Anyone who is not running but wants access to the Corporate Area will also need to order a Visitor package. Wearing a wristband is mandatory to enter the Corporate Area on the day of the race.

An Individual Accident Insurance policy is offered by the organizer's insurer to ensure that all runners are properly covered during their participation in the event. Subscription is optional but highly recommended. The vast majority of standard insurance policies exclude participation in sporting competitions, whether as an amateur or a professional. Therefore, it is important to check the extent (and exclusions) of any existing coverage you may already have for your team members, in case of gaps or to complement it. This insurance is intended to provide coverage when the insured participant suffers a bodily injury while taking part in the sporting event, whether or not they are responsible, and whether or not a third party is identified and/or liable. Coverage applies exclusively during the course of the event, from crossing the starting line to crossing the finish line, or at the moment the participant withdraws from the race. In the event of death or permanent total or partial disability (due to the accident), the insurance provides for compensation payments and covers repatriation and medical expenses (within the limits of the chosen option). Such insurance can be taken out with an insurer of your choice or through the broker MARSH. No, runners must download their own PPS via their accounts on www.timeto.com. The PPS is only downloadable once the runner’s registration is complete. They must log back into their account to do this. You can track registration status and whether runners have submitted their PPS from your dashboard. 🕒 Note: PPS must be completed no earlier than three months before the race date.
